ARRANGING THE KIT

Preparation of treatment

All the specific materials (needles, cannulas, syringes) are included in the kit:

  • two 60cc luer lock syringes
  • one Vaclok 60cc syringe
  • three 10 cc luer lock syringes
  • one 1cc luer lock syringe
  • one 30G needle
  • one 16G needle
  • one single use Goisis cannula

Checklist of Non specific materials:

One box of 10 blunt Cannula 22 G 5-7cm long

2 steryl surgical drapes  50x 50 cm 

or one big 100 cm x200 cm

  • 10 sterilized gauzes 5×5 cm
  • 1 tensoplast band

 single use paper masks, caps and surgical scrubs

-pencils white and red to design the skin of the patient

  • antiseptic solution (it is suggested clorexidine or alcoholic solution)
ANESTHESIA

Preparation of local anesthesia (Klein solution)

1000 mL of saline solution (0.9% NaCl)

800mg of lidocaine

1mg of adrenaline

143 mL of 4% sodium bicarbonate (pH of 7.87): the addiction of sodium bicarbonate increase the PH from 6.8 to 7.1, reducing the pain of injection

allows to lock the plunger in multiple positions for a negative pressure vacuum.

PROCESSING GOEASY.DERMALGRAFT

The syringe filled by dermagraft mixed with blood and anesthesia is connected in position A (the upper position), the syringe filled by washing solution is connected in position B (the intermediate position) , the syringe empty is connected in position C (the lower position). The lower content of the syringe in position A (red cells and the modified Klein solution, red arrow) is pushed automatically in direction of the syringe C.

Pull the plunger of the Vaclock syringe. This will automatically draw saline solution. Wait 60 seconds, then push down on the plunger to move out the content of the lower part of the Vaclok. In fact, because of separation by gravity, in the lower part of syringe are concentrated blood, water and local anesthesia. A check valve automatically directs these elements to waste syringe Wait for 60 seconds the separation between dermagraft and water, and repeat the procedure for the third time. The color of dermalgraft move from orange to yellow.

PRODUCING GOEASY.NANOGRAFT

A 10cc syringe is connected in the port between the two filters (port SVF). By retracting the plunger, the svf is automaticallly collected.

A 10cc syringe is connected in the port before the two filters (port nano). By  retracting the plunger, the dermalfat is collected in the 10cc syringe

The vaclock syringe is removed, and an empty 10 cc syringe is connected

By moving 30 times between the two 10cc syringes, the dermalgraft is transformed in Nanograft. The nanograft passes automatically throw the first filter, and is automatically mixed with the SVF component. The nanograft plus SVF (violet arrow) is automatically transferred in the syringe connected with the port SVF (between the 2 filters).

INJECTING

The 10cc syringe containing microfat or Nanofat plus SVF, a 1cc empty syringe and a 22G cannula are connected to the single direction valve. By pushing the plunger of the 10cc syringe, the microfat is automatically transferred in the 1cc syringe.

By pushing the plunger of the 1cc syringe, the microfat is automatically injected by the 22G cannula
