FAQ – ANESTHESIA

What is the difference between the anaesthesia of liposuction and of GoEasy.bio?

Dermatologists and cosmetologists do lipofilling with great success in many countries. Klein, the inventor of the Klein solution, is a dermatologist.

The GoEasy.bio is a technique of injection of a minimally quantity of drugs, minimally invasive and suitable for dermatologists and cosmetologists.

A minimal quantity of local anesthesia is injected: 96 mg of lidocaine. In order to do a comparison, the maximum dosage of Lidocaine that can be injected during liposuction is 2700 mg in a man of 60kg

In order to do an other comparison, it is a similar quantity of adrenaline that the quantity injected in case of injection of half ampule of dental anesthesia (1:100.000 adrenaline,  which are 0.12 mg of adrenaline).

Do I have interactions between lidocaine and agents that inhibit the hepatic enzymes cytochrome P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) and cytochrome P450 3A4 (CYP3A4)?

No, because I’m injecting a minimal quantity of Lidocaine, I don’t have to discontinue drugs like sertraline and benzodiazepines, such as midazolam (Versed) and diazepam (Valium).
